How Macro-molecular and Micro-molecular Protein in Urine Cause Renal Damage
For healthy people, the macro-molecular protein rarely leak into urine. Though moderate-molecular protein dominates in proteinuria, the macro-molecular protein has a much closer relationship with renal damage. Therefore, it is said that maro-molecular protein is one of the main causes of renal damage.
Kidney disease patients can have mass of protein in urine. Macro-molecular protein in urine means that the renal filtration barrier is broken. The main macro-molecular proteins in urine include complement, IgG and lipoprotein etc. a lot of experiments have proven that there is some relation between IgG and tubulointerstitial fibrosis. Mass of lipoprotein can do harm to renal tissues.
In normal situation, the micro-molecular protein can be reabsorbed by nephridial tubules. If there are abnormal amount of micro-molecular protein in urine, it means that there is something wrong with the reabsorption function of nephridial tubules. The main micro-molecular protein in urine includes a1 microglobulin which is the important indicator of nephridial tubule protein and RBP which is the indicator of reabsorption function of nephridial tubules.
As the symptom of proteinuria is not easy to be removed, one has to have a long and standard treatment. Immunotherapy is an advanced therapy which brings a new hope to kidney disease patients. Clinical practice has proven that the combination of Micro-Chinese Medicine and Immunotherapy is effective and safe in kidney disease treatment. We hope to help you come back to normal life.
