Treating Hematuria (Blood in Urine) with Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy

When urine blood appears, first, we should find out the cause of it. The treatment will be different according to different cause. For the Hematuria (blood in urine) caused by kidney disease, it is both infeasible and unscientific to depend on hemostasis treatment only. At present, routine treatment of western medicine adopts symptomatic therapy to treat Hematuria( blood in urine) only, they have no special method and specific medicines. Chinese medicine adopts treatments of cooling blood and hemostasis, invigorating the circulation of blood, clearing heat and promoting diuresis, etc. However, both can not repair the injured kidney directly. So, long-term Hematuria (blood in urine) can not be eliminated or relapse often.

How to treat Hematuria (blood in urine) cuased by various kinds of kidney diseases? The most important for treatment of hematuria (blood in urine) caused by kidney disease should be normative. We not only creates Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy, but also uses the current kidney disease treatment technology, which form a three-dimensional treatment system with its own characteristics.
We adopt the combination of Western medicine and Chinese medicine with giving priority to external use of Chinese medicine. Control the progress of the illness condition with western medicine, then, block renal fibrosis with external use of Chinese medicine. Condition’s deterioration of kidney disease is the result of pathological damage of renal fibrosis. In order to control the deterioration of illness condition effectively, we must block pathological damage of renal fibrosis, meanwhile, repair damaged renal tissue and mesangial cells. As long as the kidney is repaired effectively, renal function is restored, and toxins is eliminated, the illness condition including Hematuria (blood in urine), urine protein, high blood pressure, nausea and so on will be improved, even recover.

Urine blood is a kind of symptoms. There are many causes for Hematuria(blood in urine). The patient with Hematuria( blood in urine) should go to hospital to check, avoiding delaying the illness condition. Hematuria (blood in urine) is not the incurable disease at all, if the patient take a normative and systematic treatment. We not only creates Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy, but also uses the current kidney disease treatment technology, which form a three-dimensional treatment system with its own characteristics. What's the Classification of Proteinuria

What is Proteinuria? How the Proteinuria is formed? What is the classification of Proteinuria? There are tiny pores on normal Glomerular Filtration Membrane, which can stop large molecular weight of protein in blood plasma filtering into urine. Only a bit protein left in glomerular filtration fluid about 20-80mg/24h.
The composition of Proteinuria can be divided into some types:
1. Albumin, accounts for 1/3 is from plasma protein.

2. Smaller than the albumin molecular weight of protein, such as light chain of myohemoglobin, β2-microglobulin, immune globulin and small amount enzymes comes from blood, such as Lysozyme, Amylase, Lactic Dehydrogenase, etc.

3. Tissue proteins, which is secreted by Urinary System.
When Urinary Protein is over 150mg/24h, we call it Proteinuria. According to the origin of Urine Protein and formative mechanism of Proteinuria, Proteinuria can be divided into six kinds:
First, is Glomerular Proteinuria: because of damaged Glomerular Filtration Membrane, increased sizes of apertures, or due to reduction and vanish of negative charges on glomerular capillary wall, filtration barrier loses the function of static barrier. Plasma protein, especially large amount of Albumins enter Bowman's capsule, which exceeds reabsorption function from proximal tubule to protein and forms Proteinuria, it is called Glomerular Proteinuria. The feature gives priority to rising Albumin, which accounts for above 70% with normal or tiny increased β2-microglobulin; when Glomerular Filtration Barrier is severely damaged with expanding and increasing filter membrane gap, large molecular weight protein, such as excretion of Immunoglobulin G will also increase.
Tubular Proteinuria: because of kidney tubules damage caused by kidney tubules inflammation and poisoning, micro-molecular protein of Glomerular filtration can not be fully absorbed by kidney tubules and form Proteinuria, which is called Tubular Proteinuria. Protein in urine gives priority to increasing of β2-microglobulin, Lysozyme and other micro-molecular protein. Normal or tiny increased albumin. Discharge rate of Urine Protein everyday is generally less than 1g.

Histic Proteinuria: during the course of urine formation, protein which caused by kidney tubules metabolism as well as damage and degradation of nephridial tissue, and the excretion by stimulation of inflammation or medicine to urinary system go into terminal urine, this kind of urine called Histic Proteinuria. Its protein test usually appears +-/+ with urinary protein is 0.15--1.0g/24h.

Overflow Proteinuria: functions of glomerular filtration and tubular reabsorption are normal, but because increasing of unusual protein in blood, these micro-molecular protein can be filtered through glomerulus, with increasing of spillage, kidney tubules can not absorb these protein, so Proteinuria occurs, which is called Overflow Proteinuria. Its protein test usually appears+--++, light chain and Bence-Jones protein can be examined from urine, or it contains hemosiderin and appears positive reaction.

Mixed Proteinuria: both Glomerulus and kidney tubules are all damaged, small and medium molecular weight protein in urine are all increase.

False Proteinuria: Urinary Tract disease of kidney can cause large amount of pus, blood, mucus and other substances which contain protein, Urine Protein may appear positive, it is called False Proteinuria.

How do Proteinuria and Occult Blood Occur

After long time of clinical case studies, it has been found that no matter which kind of Nephropathy occurs, it arises from accumulation of various harmful factors, which leads to Ischemia and Hypoxia of the kidney. These two disorders cause Kidney Inflammation and release Renal Toxic Inflammatory Mediators. Thus, the inherent cells of kidney will secrete Extracelluar Matrix instinctively for self-protection. As the Extracelluar Matrix increase and proliferate, they will definitely squeeze kidney inherent cells, making the healthy kidney inherent cells damaged, and replaced gradually. Once kidney inherent cells are damaged, the filtration function of the whole kidney will decline. This will also lead to the leakage of large quantity of albumen and red blood cells, i.e. The appearance of Proteinuria and Hematuria. This procedure is also named Renal Fibrosis Process. As the condition of the disease deteriorates, necrotic lesions and kidney inherent cells increase. So, we can generally say Renal Fibrosis Process is the procedure of necrosis of kidney inherent cells.

As to this problem, a lot of patients say, most of the medicine used for Nephropathy is intended for reducing albumen and occult blood. They have visited many hospitals, and have recoveries for several times. But none of the doctors tells them that if they have repaired the lesion of the kidney timely and effectively, all the unpleasant symptoms will disappear; and that the filteration rate restored or not decides the recovery of the Nephropathy patients. Though the common symptoms of all kinds of Nephropathies are loss of albumen and occult blood, then why not call it proteinuria disease and occult blood disease instead of Nephropathy ? That is because the root cause of the occurrence of Proteinuria and Occult Blood is that the kidney suffers from lesions and this fact leads to the two symptoms.

Comments from journalist: it is confirmed that, many doctors didn't explain to the patients the causes of Proteinuria and Occult Blood, let alone the core and quintessence of the therapy. They just give them the specific treatments according to their diseases. In this way, the patients always pursue the index number in the assay sheets blindly, ignoring the key problem, and only have to go through longer period of sufferance.

What Is Exertional Albuminuria

Exertional albuminuria refers to the phenomenon that urine protein increases when patients are exercising or after the exercise. The phenomenon makes many patients anvious, and dare not to take exercise.

As a matter of fact, many reports have shown that the positive rate from urine conventional examination is relatively higher after exercises such as track and field, swimming, playing football, and playing basketball. The amount of proteinuria is in proportion to the amount of exercise. Why does this phenomenon take place?

The pathogenesis of exertional albuminuria is unexplained now. At present, it is thought that exertional albuminuria is connected to trauma, stimulation from acid metabolin, ischemia caused by contraction of renal blood vessels, and the permeability change of glomerular basement membrane. A young man has no abnormal urine when he is quiet, but after movement, the protein appears in the urine, without any other specific symptoms or signs, and urine protein appears within 24 hours. This phenomenon maybe exertional albuminuria.

If a large quantity of proteinuria appears after a little exercise, the possibility of organic disease should not be considered.
Most exertional albuminuria is physiological urine, and doesn’t need treatment. People can get better after rest on the bed.

How Long Can You Live after a Kidney Transplant

When kidneys work inadequately, a kidney transplant will be adopted to sustain life and prolong life span. Many patients are concerned about how long they can live after the transplant. In fact, the life span varies from cases to cases.

Generally speaking, the survival rate of transplanted kidney is 98% within one year, 80% within 5 years, 56% within 10 years, 30% within 20 years and 21% within 20 years after the operation.
The survival rate of transplanted kidney is mainly attributed to the following factors:

1. Rupture of transplanted kidney
Rupture of transplanted kidney is one of major complications of kidney transplant and can cause renal failure. The acute rejection reaction is the main cause of transplanted kidney rupturing.

2. Infections
Infections mainly include lung and urinary tract infections. They can caused by weak physique, low immunity and pathological changes in other vital organs. Also, some patients may develop latent infection after kidney transplant.

3. Cardiovascular diseases
Cardiovascular diseases is very commonly seen among the patients with kidney transplant, especially those who have a long history of kidney disease and elderly. After the transplant, the patients have to use immunosuppressive drugs and hormone over time. These drugs will increase the risk of developing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Also, before the surgery, some patients may have irregular dialysis, resulting in retention of fluid and sodium and imbalance of acid-base in body.

4. Liver function failure
Liver function failure is the third major cause of failure of transplanted kidney. In some cases, the patients had hepatopathy before transplant or potential liver insufficiency. The surgery can increase the aggravation of the disease or the incidence of liver disease. In addition, the hepatopathy may be related to some medications.

5.Malignant tumor
Malignant tumor and digestive diseases are also major death cause for patients after kidney transplant. Based on some statistics, the death rate among the patients is 100 times as high as healthy people.

How does Kidney Transplant Work

When one requires kidney transplant, his or her kidneys probably developed serious damage and lost kidney function completely. Receiving kidney transplant can be a life-saving move for those people.

Briefly speaking, kidney transplant surgery is to place a healthy kidney from others into your body. This is your best chance to live a normal but happy life ever after.

But how does it work?
Before you decide to take the surgery, your doctor will give you an evaluation to see if you are qualified for a kidney transplant surgery. Main influencing factors include physical condition, i.e. heath, and how hard you work at staying healthy. Additionally, they will take diet, exercise, dialysis treatment or others into consideration.

Once you are qualified for the surgery, then you need to consider the following questions.

▪ The waiting list
According to the latest data from UNOS today, candidates in waiting list are 114,352, while the number of donors as of January 2012 is 2,218. Almost 52 times between people who require transplant and kidneys available, which means even if you have already prepared for the surgery, there’s still a big chance that you can’t get it.

▪ Things you need to do after surgery
You are pretty lucky to get the surgery done; meanwhile, it is very successful. Don’t be so happy, a great deal of people died after taking the surgery. In other words, either blame to the rejection or failing after care. After care plays an essential role in the success rate of kidney transplant. Taking immunosuppressive medications help not to reject the organ from others. Although the medications would weaken one’s immune system, it is pretty necessary.

Kidney transplant is just a treatment for kidney disease, not a cure. If you didn’t develop kidney disease, then do something to protect them from now. If you have already suffered one, do as much as you can to control its progression and stabilize the condition. If you have already entered into the advanced stage, require dialysis or pin your hope on kidney transplant, then listen to your doctor and know what to do.
